M=y2-y1/x2-x1 (-1,4)(3,4) M=4-4/3-(-1) M= 0/4 M=0 Now get one of the points (3,4) Y=mx+b 4=0(3)+b 4=b Equation Y=4

The generic equation of the line is:

y-yo = m (x-xo)

Where,

m: slope of the line

(xo, yo): ordered pair that belongs to the line

The slope of the line is given by:

m = (4-4)/(3 - (- 1))

m = (4-4)/(3 + 1)

m = (0)/(4)

m = 0

By choosing an ordered pair we have:

(xo, yo) = (3,4)

Then, replacing values we have:

y-4 = 0 (x-3)

Rewriting we have:

y = 4

Answer:

The equation of the line is:

y = 4
