Consider the binomial Ax² + Bx

Step 1: factor out A ⇒ A(x² +
(B)/(A)x)

Step 2: divide the "x" term by 2 ⇒ A(x² +
(B)/(2A)x)

Step 3: square the coefficient of the "x" term and add it to the binomial ⇒ A(x² +
(B)/(2A)x + (
(B)/(2A))²)

Answer: (
(B)/(2A)
