Solve:

-4 = 3/7m - 13 ======> m = 21

Graph: Intersection Points ====> (21, -4 )

Steps:

-4 = 3/7m - 13

Switch sides:

3/7m - 13 = -4

Add 13 to both sides:

3/7m - 13 + 13 = -4 + 13

Simplify:

3/7m = 9

Multiply Both sides by 7:

7 * 3/7m = 9 * 7

Simplify:

3m = 63

Divide both sides by 3:

3m/3 = 63/3

Answer ====> m = 21

Hope that helps!!!! : )

let's multiply both sides by the LCD of all the fractions, we only have one fraction, so the LCD will be 7 then, so let's multiply both sides by 7, to do away with the denominators.

\bf -4=\cfrac{3}{7}m-13\implies \stackrel{\textit{times 7}}{7(-4)=7\left( \cfrac{3m}{7}-13\right)}\implies -28=3m-91 \\\\\\ \stackrel{\textit{adding 91 to both sides}}{63=3m}\implies \cfrac{63}{3}=m\implies 21=m
