\huge \boxed{\sf y \geq 4x -6}\\\\\\ \sf Use\ two\ points\ to\ find\ the\ slope.\\(2,2)\ and\ (0,-6)\\\\ \displaystyle m = (y_2 - y_1)/(x_2 - x_1)=(-6-2)/(0-2)=(-8)/(-2) =4 \\\\ The\ line\ intercepts\ the\ y-axis\ at\ (0,-6).\\ The\ y-intercept\ is\ b=-6.\\\\ y=mx+b\\ y=4x-6 \\\\ The\ shaded\ region\ is\ above\ the\ line\ (greater).\\ The\ line\ is\ solid\ (greater\ or\ equals). \\\\ y \geq 4x -6

We know the y intercept is -6 and we know the slope is positive 4 (rise over run) so the equation is y=4x-6 if we plug in a shaded point (I would choose 0,0 for convenience reasons) 0=-6 since -6 is less than 0, the expression would be y≥4x-6
