Why do we know so little about early Native American cultures?

A:European diseases killed off many Native American cultures, and many tribes did not have written language, so historical evidence is limited.

B:Little funding has been raised to financially support archaeological digs of ancient Native American sites.

C:The nomadic tribes burned all documents and selected artifacts before they moved to new locations, so no information was available.

D:Archaeologists did not recognize the benefits of learning about native cultures until most of the available information had been lost.

Answer:

D:Archaeologists did not recognize the benefits of learning about native cultures until most of the available information had been lost.

Step-by-step explanation:

The importance of the past of this country is often missjudged and underestimated, this happend in the past when the archaeologists, scientists and historians came to america, they didn´t find interesnting or worthy to write and investigate the life of the native americans that inhabitated this country, so they didn´t make records or interviewed people, the spanish that conquered Mexico for example sent monks to learn about the cultures and that´s in great part why we now know about the mayans and other cultures that inhabitated the central america region.
