Hello! Glad to help.

Just knowing some basic knowledge, I would think the answer would be true. When you learn new things, sometimes it can be based on what you already know. For example, a child that knows how to stand, can use that knowledge of standing to more their feet. Therefore that is a development skill, because it is a basic everyday life activity.

Hope this helped you! Anymore questions? Just ask.
