WORTH 20. HELP ASAP.

An object is launched from a platform. It’s height (in meters), x seconds after the launch, is modeled by h(x)=-5(x+1)(x-9) how many seconds after the launch will the object hit the ground.
WORTH 20 POINTS. NEED HELP ASAP

Plug it into a graphing calculator and see where the function crosses the x-axis. Since it’s a quadratic it will cross it two times but one of the answers is negative—obviously it wouldn’t take negative second to hit the ground. It should take 9 seconds for the object to hit the ground.
