The Physiological Principles is the critical study of how living things function.
Physiological Principles related to hiking, in which the skeletal muscle, that also called the Striated, Striped Muscle, is what we refer to muscles in everyday life. Skeletal Muscle is attached to the bones by tendons, and allows us to consciously control our movement. Ex: The quads in our legs, or Biceps in our arms are skeletal muscles, in which helps us to Hike to the top of a mountain, or a hill.
