Answer =====> At the Gym ====> Depends on where you want to exercise that's more comfortable for you!

Benefits ====> Well, on of the Benefits of the GYM, offers classes, Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics. Gym Memberships ====> Provide instructors to help you with the equipments.


Disadvantage ====> Is that Membership can be very expensive, which the gym gets busy.
