Answer: X=Time(Minutes) Y=Gallons Y= 8x+70. I used slope intercept form: My example point would be (6, 118) (9, 142) 142-118/9-6=24/3=8. Therefore 8 is your slope. or you cold see that it increases by 24 everytime it skips 3 times.
