According to this statement the clinical psychologist (doctor) believes in evidence-based treatment. An evidence based treatment can be defined as the treatment in which a doctor or psychologist used therapy in order to have a track of the effectiveness of the treatment of which the individuals are under an undergoing treatment that are to have been proven that the treatment actually works.

Under the evidence base treatment, psychologist finds those errors or problems which are causing the functioning of brain or errors which are making a person ill.

A clinical psychologist works directly in the mental health field with patients. They may work with patients one-to-one or in a group setting, diagnosing and treating patients for various mental disorders. His/her goal is to help their patients understand their problems and then recover from their problems. They use the most up to date version of Diagnostic and Statical Manual
