Staff (US) or stave (UK)

Crotchet is a quarter note (16) so quaver, eight note (8)

Ledger Lines

Vertical bar lines divide the staff into measures

Bass Cleft used for percussion and trombones

Staccato (notes sharply detatched)

An interval

The music repeat sign (looks like a thick bar at the start of the line with two dots on the side like this |: )

Rest

A fermata (half a cirlce with a dot in it)

The tie (a curved line connecting two or more notes)

Hope this helped.
