Given :96 13 13 96 .

Sings of operations are not visible in the given problem.

Let us take multiplication sign × first and then we will take plus sign.

Let us take multiplication sign × first.

96 × 13 = 13 × 96.

The number 96 and 13 just changed their positions.

Also, on changing those positions, the values of product doesn't change.

So, we can see that a*b=b*a property is being applied there.

a*b=b*a represents Commutative Property of Multiplication.

Therefore, 96 × 13 = 13 × 96 represents Commutative Property of Multiplication.

If we take plug sign in between, we would have expression

96+13 = 13+96.

Still on changing positions of numbers the values of sum remain same.

So, we can apply property represented by a+b=b+a.

And that is Commutative Property of Addition.

Therefore, 96+13 = 13+96 also represents Commutative Property of Addition.
