Observe some of the phenomena around your home. Look for something that you can’t explain right away, but that you could test with an experiment. Then, design an experiment that you could conduct at home. Make sure to identify the independent, dependent, and controlled variables. You should also write your own hypothesis. You don’t need to perform the experiment, just identify the variables and write a hypothesis.
