Mass of the cube is 15 g and length of each side of the cube is 50.0 mm.

First calculate volume of cube as follows:

V=a^(3)

Here, a is length of each side of the cube.

Putting the value,

V=(50.0 mm)^(3)=1.25* 10^(5) mm^(3)

Now, density is defined as mass per unit volume, thus,

d=(m)/(V)

Putting the values,

d=((15 g))/((1.25* 10^(5) mm^(3) ) =0.00012 g/mm^(3)

Therefore, density of cube is
0.00012 g/mm^(3).
