What does the phrase most of mean

"Most of", doesn't really make sense in a sentence, and most people would just use "Most of all", so I assume you mean that.

From my understanding, "Most of all" can sometimes be used as a transition into another part of a sentence, so you would say "and most of all, apples are used frequiently in...." Minus the apples part, obviously.
