Is this a good sentence it's about being grateful if it's not good what do you recommend I change or work on

My second reason is food there are people out there who don’t even have anything to eat and starving many people don’t even appreciate that they have enough to buy food and they don’t have to be hungry all the time.

My third reason is Shelter I'm lucky that I have a house to live in and there's people who have to sleep outside and I get to sleep in a house that protects me from the weather and gives me security and comfort there's people who take their shelter for granted not everyone gets that luxury.
