Use the Pythagorean theorem:

a^2+b^2=c^2

(You have to count the distance of x and y, then plug those number in the formula)

0^2+8^2=c^2

64=c^2

square root it

8=c

You can also use the distance formula

square root of (x2-x1)^2+(y1-y2)^2

square root of (-3-(-3))^2+(-2-(-10))^2

=8
