Hey there!!

PQ bisects ST , which means

SR = RT

ST is given by 30

Which means

SR = RT = 30

SR = 3x + 3

As we know SR = 15

3x + 3 = 15

Subtracting 3 on both sides

3x = 12

Dividing by 3 on both sides

x = 4

Option ( d )
