For graphing both equations, first we will find the slope(m) and y-intercept(b) by comparing both equations with
y=mx+b form.

First equation:
y= (1)/(4)x +3 Here,
m= (1)/(4) and
b=3

Second equation:
y=2x+10 Here,
m=2 and
b=10

Now for graphing first equation, we will first plot the y-intercept at 3 and then go 1 unit up and 4 units to the right for plotting the next point.

And for graphing second equation, we will first plot the y-intercept at 10 and then go 2 units up and 1 unit to the right for plotting the next point.

(Please refer to the below graph)

The solution will be the intersection point of two graphs, which is at (-4, 2) here.

So, the solution for this system of equations is (-4, 2)
