3^(-1)\cdot(4\cdot6)\cdot2^(-3)=(1)/(3)\cdot24\cdot(1)/(2^3)=(24)/(3\cdot8)=(24)/(24)=1\\\\Used:\\\\a^(-1)=(1)/(a)\\\\a^(-n)=(1)/(a^n)
