2. What is the sum of the measures of the exterior angles of a pentagon?

3. What is the value of x?

4. What is the measure of an exterior angle of a regular pentagon?
P.S. The picture belongs to question 3.

1. The formula is 180(n-2)/n, where n=sides. so hexagon has 6 sides, so it would be 180(6-2)/6=180(4)/6=720°/6=60° per side.

2. The sum of measures of ANY polygon is ALWAYS 360°

3. Notice that there are 6 sides. This means the total interior angles are 720°. x=127°

4. now, it's talking about a SINGLE exterior angle. So the interior angle is always 360/n, where n=5 here, so 360=5=72°
