Hi,

Work:

\frac{8 {x}^(2) - 12x }{4 {x}^(2) - 12x + 9 }

Factor out 4x from the expression.

\frac{4x * (2x - 3)}{4 {x}^(2) - 12x + 9 }

Simplify expression.

\frac{4x * (2x - 3)}{ {(2x - 3)}^(2) }

Result:

(4x)/(2x - 3)

Hope this helps.
