Who were the new immigrants who poured into the united states between 1890 and 1920?

The answer is: European Immigration: 1880-1920.



The majority of immigrants during this period were from Italy, Poland, and Russia but in that case almost exclusively Russian Jews. Other countries well represented were Greece, Armenia and Syria. The latter two were mostly refugees from the Ottoman Empire.
