We have to convert Gm/s to m/s.

As
$1 \ Gm/s = 10^9 \ m/s$

Therefore the speed of light in vacuum,

$c = 0.3 \ Gm/s = 0.3 * 10^9 \ m/s \\\\ c= 3 * 10^8 \ m/s$

Thus, the speed of light in m/s is
$3 * 10^8 \ m/s$
