Answer: A

The use of cell therapies might pose more risk than considering organ transplant because stem-cell therapy is just recently discovered and their side effects are still to be studied.

Some effects of risk includes tumor formation, unwanted immune responses and the transmission of adventitious agents. Therefore, it is important to note the variety of risk factors of cell therapies such as the type of stem cells used, their procurement, and culturing history, the level of manipulation and site of injection. With all these mention, a patient would rather choose receiving an organ transplant from other person than using cell therapies. After all, organ transplant have been proven successful in the field of medicine in these past years.
