Explanation:

Mary is 10 ( 3 years younger than Justin) which means Justin is 13. Justin is half as old as his brother Chris which means Chris must be 26 ( since half of 26 is 13). Chris is 5 years younger than his brother Mark. (26 +5 = 31)
