LCM(4, 8) = 8

(3)/(4)=(3\cdot2)/(4\cdot2)=(6)/(8)

9+(3)/(4)x=(7)/(8)x-10\ \ \ \ |-9\\\\(6)/(8)x=(7)/(8)x-19\ \ \ \ |-(7)/(8)x\\\\-(1)/(8)x=-19\ \ \ \ |\cdot(-8)\\\\x=152
