Answer:

indirect characterization

revealing dialogue

vivid imagery

Step-by-step explanation:

not much, if any direct characterization was used

vivid imagery for sure

maybe some revealing dialogue

most definitely indirect characterization used because they don't come right out and tell you what and who and how the characters act

In developing the characters in "A Wedding Gift", Maupassant uses DIREFT CHARACTERIZATION and VIVID IMAGERY. He reveals the personality of the character by telling the audience directly his writing, and the way he describe things all-encompassing. He included all of the senses while making his descriptions.
