1. Rewrite this statement according to the rule: term with l leave in the right side and terms without l write in the left side.

P-2w=2l.

2. Change left and right sides:

2l=P-2w.

3. Divide the whole equation by 2:

l=(P)/(2)-(2w)/(2)=(P)/(2)-w.

Answer:
l=(P)/(2)-w.
