2. Next I transferred (-) to the right side

too solve when two fractions are equal like this, you multiply the numerator of the left by the denominator of the right, then multiply the denominator of the left by the numerator on the right, then add these together and solve for the variable. in your problem we have

-t/7=1/15
-15t=7
t=-7/15
