To find the slope of this line we will use the slope formula, which is:

m = (y_2 - y_1)/(x_2 - x_1)

(Where
(x_1, y_1) and
(x_2, y_2) are points on the line)

To find our answer to this problem, we can simply substitute the values we are given:

m = (-16 - (-8))/(-8 - (-10)) = (-16 + 8)/(-8 + 10) = (-8)/(2) = -4

The slope of the line is -4.
