Hey !

Let us take the number of coins hector has as ' x '

Then, Eric would have ' 2x ' as he has twice as many as hector

Kiarra would have 7 + 2x , as she has 7 more than Eric

Together they have 127

Now, let us add them all up

x + 2x + 2x + 7 = 127

combining like terms

5x + 7 = 127

Subtracting 7 on both sides

5x = 120

dividing by 5 on both sides

x = 24

Hector has 24 coins

Eric has 48 coins

Kiarra has 55 coins

Hope my answer helps!
