Four times a number, subtracted from nine, is twice the number. How do I solved this?

Hey!

Into an equation:

9 - 4x = 2x

adding 4x on both sides

9 = 6x

dividing by 6 on both sides

9 / 6 = x

3 / 2 = x

x = 1.5
