It would be 60yds long and 6 yards wide. I solved it by setting up an equation. Since the entirely unknown variable is the width, that became X. The equation looked like this:

360=10x*x. Then, you'd solve for X.

\bf \textit{area of a rectangle}\\\\ A=Lw~~ \begin{cases} L=length\\ w=width\\[-0.5em] \hrulefill\\ A=360\\ \stackrel{\textit{10 times as wide}}{L=10w\qquad } \end{cases}\implies 360=(10w)(w)\implies 360=10w^2 \\\\\\ \cfrac{360}{10}=w^2\implies 36=w^2\implies √(36)=w\implies \boxed{6=w} \\\\\\ L=10w\implies \boxed{L=60}
