circumference is C = πd, d = diameter.

we know the diameter is 60, so one time around the track is just C = π60 which if you plug that in your calculator, we get C ≈ 188.4955592153876.

Answer: 188.4 meters

Explanation:

Given : Juan ran all the way around a circular track one time.

The diameter (d) of the track is 60 meters.

The formula for circumference of a circle is given by :-

C=\pi d

Then , the total distance run by Juan is given by :-

C=(3.14)(60)=188.4\text{ meters}\ \ \ \ [\text{Put }\pi=3.14]

Hence, the total distance run by Juan = 188.4 meters
