There're 15 boys and 10 girls in Miss Li's class. She wants to group all the students so that each group has the same number of boys and girls as the other groups. What is the greatest number of groups she can have?

The greatest number groups would have to be 5 groups with 3 boys and 2 girls per.

To find the greatest number of groups you would have to find the greatest common factor of each which in this case is 5 so that means it is 5 groups. To find how many in each group of a certain type you do the amount divided by the GCF.
