All you have to do is find the LCM. Least common multiple which would be 18

Answer: 108

Explanation:

Given : Reptile stickers come in sheets of 6 and fish stickers come in sheets of 9.

To find : The least number of sheets of each type he might buy.

We first find the L.C.M. of 6 and 9.

Since ,
6=2*3 ;
9=3*3

Then,
\text{LCM (6,9)}=3*3*3=18

But he buys at least 100 of each type, then we recall the multiples of 18 to find the least number which is nearest to 100.

Multiples 18=
18,36, 54,72,90,108,126,.....

Here 1908 is the least number i.e. both more than 100 and nearest to 100.

Therefore, the least number of sheets of each type he might buy = 108
