$(1)/((1)/(2))-(3)/(10)+(1)/(5)=1\cdot(2)/(1)-(3)/(10)+(1\cdot2)/(5\cdot2)=2-(3)/(10)+(2)/(10)=2-0.3+0.2=1.9$

if plus or minus the bottom of line must be the same number

but if devide or multiplication the bottom of line no need to be same number
