how so you solve 5x+27=9(x+3)-4x and is this a conditional equation, an identity, or an inconsistent equation

5x + 27 = 9 (x+3) - 4x

Distribute the 9 within the parenthesis:

5x + 27 = 9x + 27 - 4x
