Replace X with 5 in the equation and solve:

f(x) = -5x-4, X = 5

f(5) = -5(5) - 4

f(5) = -25 - 4

f(5) = -29

The answer is B.

When x = 5. Plug in 5 for x

f(5) = -5(5) - 4

Remember to follow PEMDAS. First, multiply -5 with 5

-5 x 5 = -25

Next, subtract 4

f(5) = -25 - 4

f(5) = -29

B. f(5) = −29 is your answer

hope this helps
