f(x)=mx+b\to y=mx+b

We have two points:

(-3,\ 0);\ (-4,\ 7)

The point slope form of the line:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Substitute

m=(7-0)/(-4-(-3))=(7)/(-1)=-7

y-0=-7(x-(-3))\\\\y=-7(x+3)\\\\y=-7x-21

Answer:

f(x)=-7x-21
