we are given

Point is N(7, 4)

and it is translated up by 5 units

so, whenever we translate a point up by 'a' units

we always a to it's y-value

Here, we have point as

N(7,4)

y-value is 4

translated up by 5 units

so, we can add 5 to y-value

so, new y-value is 4+5=9

so, our new point is

N(7,9)........Answer
