solution:

Fx= 22cos45°+ 14 cos30°\\  =27.68 lb\\  along y axis Fy= 22sin45°- 14 sin30°\\                 =8.55634 j^  so magnitude is sqrt(Fx^2+Fy^2)\\  =28.97 lb\\  and angle is arc(Fy/Fx)\\  = 17.17 °

Answer:

given theeta=45 in the first and 30 in the second quadrant,so solve the problem,we have measure angle from +x axis frame of reference

Fx=30 cos45+18 cos*330

Fx=21.21+15.6

Fx=36.8 lb

Fy=30 Sin45+18sin330

Fy=12.21 lb

Fr=sqrt(fx^2+fy^2)

Fr=38.77 lb

Resultant theeta=215
