Solving for x in this problem will be very simple. All we have to do is multiply both sides by 3/2.

((3)/(2) ) * ((2)/(3)x) = ((3)/(2)) * (10)

x = 15

multiply each side by 3/2

x becomes isolated, 10*1.5=15

x=15
