12(7)÷(4)+2(17-5) I cant find the answer!

1. Distribute the parentheses. (Your answer should look like this: 84 ÷ 6 + 12)

2. Then solve like normal, with division and addition.

3. Your answer should be 26.

Remember to follow PEMDAS:

(Parenthesis, Exponents (& Roots), Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction)

17 - 5 = 12

2(12) = 24

12(7) = 84

84/4 + 24

84/4 = 21

21 + 24 = 45

45 is your answer
