My work: I believe that if citizens do not follow the responsibilities of citizen such as; cleaning up after thereselves if in a public place and pay taxes we would have bad roads and sidewalks. If didn’t pick after ourselves people will come in there neighborhood contemplating on how dirty that neighborhood is.
