Basically, you do the "()" first, and what's in the parenthesis? The 3+2^2, you do 2^2 first and that's 4, then you add 4 to three. 7, now keep the answer. Then, you do division, what is 7 divided by 2? 3.5, 3.5x12 equals 42, 42-10=32. 32 would be your answer. To further understand this, I will write out something you can probably remember with practice. Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction. Do it from left to right, this will solve your problems!
