specialization has advantage. for instance, their is reduction in overal costs of production since it's done in large scale. again there is job satisfaction due to motivational aspects, specialization in skills, workers can become more productive among other benefits. on the other hand, there is boredom since you always produce the same product day in day out, I mobility or inflexibility is another negative effect since you you can not produce other products a part from what you have specialized in.
