The given equation is :

R = 5((c)/(a) -0.3)

Divide both sides by 5

(R)/(5) =(c)/(a) -0.3

Add 0.3 to both sides.

(R)/(5) +0.3=(c)/(a)

Multiply a on both sides.

a((R)/(5)+0.3)= c

Hence
c= a((R)/(5) +0.3) ... Answer
